About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Compensation Senior Manager within HR
Total Rewards to lead the Equity and Deferred Compensation
Administration team. This role will oversee a variety of global
compensation programs, with responsibility of managing the
day-to-day operations, ensuring appropriate risk management,
compliance with regulatory requirements, and strategically
identifying opportunities for product enhancements and improved
customer experience.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may
vary depending on factors including but not limited to
achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range
listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to
candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
