to address business needs. Work hours will depend on the business
hours of the time zone serviced.Supervisory Responsibility: All
Branch PersonnelIn This Role, You Will Be responsible for the
profitable operation, smooth functioning, and leadership of the
branch office and effective coordination of respectful,
compassionate, and efficient customer services in the local market.
Specific responsibilities include consistently achieving annual
growth retention goals in loan, fee income, and utilization of all
other available products and services and training the team to
build a positive and collaborative branch environment.As the Branch
Manager, you will lead a compliant operation by the implementation
and control of policies and procedures as determined by Executive
Management, security of financial assets, and records, equipment,
furniture, fixtures, and supplies maintained by the branch
office.Responsibilities:--- Provides respectful, compassionate, and
efficient service to current and prospective customers seeking
loans. Makes lending decisions to individuals through a variety of
loan programs.--- Consistently drives branch performance by
coaching, motivating, and empowering team to meet their individual
set monthly sales goals.--- Develops additional business through
networking and building relationships with local retail and
automobile establishments to aid in achieving branch goals.---
Consistently reviews and develops action plans for delinquent loan
accounts through collaborative customer contacts, negotiating
extensions of refinancing, and collecting payments due.---
Responsible for the retention and maintenance of existing accounts
and achieving branch goals through the sale of company products and
services.--- Promptly investigates and thoroughly works to resolve
customer and employee inquiries and complaints.--- Consistently
coaches branch employees by providing actionable feedback to team
members in order to achieve branch goals, minimize turnover, and
create a supportive and cooperative team environment.--- Attracts
high-quality and diverse talent, coordinates and interviews
prospective candidates, and makes recommendations to management for
vacancies.--- Implements internal branch auditing procedures, which
properly control all negotiable items and company records held
within the branch.--- Participates in company meetings and
professional development activities to keep abreast of current
trends and changing environment to enhance competency.--- Prepares
and submits reports reflecting branch activity and growth.--- May
perform additional functions depending on market demand and branch
staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.
Other functions include but are not limited to: collecting
payments, completing and processing loan applications, contacting
customers for late payments, cashiering, answering phone,
photocopying, filing, etc.Required Qualifications:--- Minimum of
five (5) years of related experience in the Consumer Lending and/or
Financial Services industry with two (2) years of successful
experience supervising both employees and production outcomes of
direct Consumer Lending, Financial Services Branch, Collections
Agency, or business work unit and consistently attaining business
goals.--- Bachelor s degree in a discipline such as Business,
Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics; or military rank
(e.g. E-4, W1, or O1 and above) and recent successful (within past
three (3) years) completion of a lending training program (e.g.
Mariner s BMT program) or other closely aligned course of study.---
Obtain applicable, required licenses to sell insurance products
that are offered to customers by the branch.Preferred
Qualifications:--- Bachelor s degree in discipline such as
Business, Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics.---
Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English.Physical Demands:While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently
required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms;
and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand
and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to
twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.Mariner
