Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer
Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant

In support of this mission, Marketing is responsible for developing
integrated marketing strategies across Wells Fargo's business lines
and geographies; leading brand strategy; leveraging deep insights
and analytics about consumers and businesses; executing customer
messaging across all channels and touchpoints; and building out
capabilities that move toward real-time, always-on, personalized
and compelling messaging and digital experiences.Reporting to the
Home Lending Lead Generation Strategies Leader, this role will have
primary responsibility for partnering across Marketing and Line of
Business to maximize generation, capture, nurture and conversion of
marketing leads programs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Collaborating
closely with the line of business, functional partners and
marketing teams, this seasoned Marketing Program Manager will be
responsible for the following:
- Work across Marketing and Line of Business teams to develop a
home lending marketing lead generation plan with ongoing lead
volume forecasting and alignment with sales/fulfillment capacity,
past performance, seasonality, and strategic objectives/priorities.
- Represent Marketing in business forums to monitor capacity
levels and related KPIs (i.e. call abandonment rates, lead work
rates, sales force staffing levels) and make 'dial up, dial down,
stay steady' marketing lead volume decisions. Confirm business
readiness prior to launching marketing campaigns. -
- Partner across Marketing and Line of Business teams to monitor
end-to-end lead conversion metrics using funnel data/analytics and
insights from consumer interactions (i.e. call listening).
Collaborate to continually optimize, innovate and identify new lead
generation and cultivation opportunities to increase efficiency and
- Serve as a 'front door' in Marketing for new lead generation
requests. Provide thought leadership and partner with teams to
assess and prioritize requests based on agreed upon objectives/KPIs
to drive investment and resource allocation decisions.
- Partner with Marketing Insights & Analytics and Strategic
Planning & Operations teams to coordinate monthly performance
reviews across all home lending lead-driving marketing programs and
channels, inclusive of performance vs. plan, channel efficiency,
investment allocation, profitability and key month-over-month
- Build effective working relationships across Marketing and Line
of Business to gain consensus, buy-in and alignment on key
- 7+ years of marketing experience

- Business and Marketing Acumen: Knowledge of credit/mortgage
banking and leads management a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
