Job Description Job Description Special Projects Division Manager Special Projects Division Manager Position Overview The Special Projects Division Manager will oversee and manage various specialized projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in HVAC and mechanical systems, alongside effective project management skills to lead diverse teams and drive project success. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of special projects within the division. Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans to ensure resource availability and allocation. Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial and time constraints. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to stay on track. Conduct regular project meetings to report on status, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in HVAC and mechanical systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in HVAC or mechanical systems. Proven track record of managing special projects from initiation to completion. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
