Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available in the Phoenix, AZ area working with a K-12 public school district. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 21, 2026, and requires on-site presence with no remote or hybrid options. The role is ideal for candidates holding an active Arizona Department of Education certification and an IVP Fingerprint Card. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, counseling, and support services to K-12 students. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies. - Conduct evaluations to identify learning and behavioral needs. - Maintain documentation and comply with district policies and state regulations. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success. Qualifications and Experience: - Active Arizona DOE Certification in School Psychology. - Valid IVP Fingerprint Card is mandatory. - Relevant experience working within a K-12 school environment preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel. - Ability to work full-time onsite, adhering to district policies that prohibit virtual work. Additional Details: - Contract duration: ASAP to May 21, 2026. - Full-time hours: 35-37.5 hours per week. - Caseload and specific age group assignments to be shared as they become available. - Prescreen interviews will be arranged to assess candidate suitability, with flexible scheduling offered.
