Job Description:
Job Description Are you someone who enjoys helping people and
providing a high level of customer service? A well-established
facial plastic surgery practice in Scottsdale is looking for a
Patient Coordinator to join their team. This is a key role within
the office supporting patients through the consultation process and
helping ensure a smooth, professional experience from the first
call to their visit in the office. This is more than just a front
office role — it’s an opportunity to be part of a trusted medical
practice where professionalism, confidentiality, and patient care
are top priorities. Job Duties • Handle inbound and outbound calls
with patients regarding consultations, treatments, and pricing •
Schedule patient consultations and manage appointment coordination
through the office CRM system • Follow up with patients after
consultations to answer questions and help guide them through next
steps • Support patient intake in the consult room and assist with
coordinating patient communication and scheduling Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $22–$25 per hour
Requirements • Strong customer service or patient-facing experience
required • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound patient
communication • Ability to maintain professionalism and
confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information •
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage scheduling
and follow-ups in a CRM system • Professional appearance required
