Job Description:

Roers Companies, a leader in property development and management specializing in multifamily residential projects, seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and sustainability of our living spaces, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and comfort for our residents. Perform routine building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. Regularly inspect buildings, systems, and appliances for functionality, performing preventative maintenance and urgent repairs as needed. Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with all safety and local building regulations. Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required. Maintain records of maintenance and repair work, preparing regular reports for management. Assist in the preparation of units for new tenants, ensuring that all fixtures and fittings are in excellent condition. Strong skills in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry. Proficient in using hand and electrical tools. Ability to read and understand complex technical manuals and drawings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Capacity to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
