Reputable & experienced Property Loss Restoration company looking
for Restoration Techs to fit key roles in our growing Production
department. You will have the opportunity to make an impact in your
community each and every day by servicing the needs of our Client
base. We assist those faced with recovering from property damage
caused by Water, Fire, Mold, and more. We pride ourselves in
restoring peace of mind for our clients during some of their most
challenging times. "Restoration Techs"? What Are We Talking About
Here? Restoration Technicians play a crucial, front-line role in
our mission. Evaluating damaged properties, preventing continued
damage, restoring structures to their pre-loss condition, and
acting as a beacon of hope for Clients. If you have a track record
of good judgement, accountability, integrity, and are motivated to
learn, we want to hear from you. I Think I Get It What Does That
Look Like Daily? : Preparation and Organization Daily collaboration
meetings with team. Stock assigned vehicle with materials and
equipment accordingly. Process daily assignments, contact scheduled
clients. Plan route, prepare job files, and dispatch. Emergency
Services Respond promptly to emergency restoration
assignments/projects. Evaluate damage, assist in development of a
Restoration plan. Safely remove debris, extract water, secure
affected areas (as needed). Remediation, Restoration, and
Structural Drying Setup and document mitigation/restoration
equipment. Develop and execute structural drying plans.
Remediation/cleaning of contents and/or structure according to
standards. Visit assigned projects daily to monitor progress.
Ensure quality and safety standards are being met. Communication,
Documentation, and Processing Maintain a complete record of work
performed with photos and notes. Effectively communicate with
Clients, Team Members, and various other associates. Demonstrate
empathy, patience, and strong listening skills when interacting
with Clients. Update Daily Project Logs periodically. Very Cool;
What Qualifications Must I Have To Be A Candidate? Non-negotiables,
Requirements: Display safe/sound judgement at all times,
with/without direct supervision. High-effort attitude toward all
tasks. Must show integrity, honesty, and accountability. Take
credit for your "wins", and take responsibility for your "losses".
Level 2, ("Lead") Technicians must have a valid Arizona Driver's
License and an acceptable driving record. Ability to safely lift
equipment, some over 50lbs, in various environments. Required
participation in a rotating on-call schedule. Important, But Not
Necessarily Dealbreakers : HS Diploma, GED, or experience/training
that may be considered equivelant. Experience in Restoration,
Construction, or similar service-based industry is a plus. Customer
Service or Hospitality experience is a plus (Restaurant/Bar, Retail
Sales, Call Centers, etc). Reliable transportation to/from Shop.
IICRC or similar certifications are highly regarded, but not
