Description: This job is responsible for leading the market to
ensure the delivery of an exceptional client experience and
focusing on achieving sustainable, responsible growth through
operational excellence and risk management. Key responsibilities
include building a culture of excellence by recruiting, developing,

a market growth plan to increase profitability and drive

services experience. 4 years of leading a team of advisors. Series
3 and 31. Series 7, Series 63 and 65 or 66, and Series 9 and Series

Pay and benefits information Pay range $225,000.00 - $300,000.00
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience,
education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role
is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
