Job Summary : MedHealth Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and
organized individual to join our finance and accounting team. The
Position will be responsible for maintaining financial records,
processing invoices, and assisting with the overall financial
operations at our office in Georgia. Duties and Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable accurately and in a timely manner; to
include obtaining appropriate approvals and posting to GL.
Establish/document processes and controls with departments for
efficiency and accuracy. Assist with inventory management and
recordkeeping. Coding of invoices and credit card transactions in
accounting and credit card management software. Assist in accounts
receivable by depositing checks and notifying accounting team of
receipts. Assist with audits and tax duties. Provide support for
the accounting colleagues with various tasks as needed. Closely
work with Maintenance operations to assure compliance with internal
controls. Maintain timely communication with vendors as well as
internal management team. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of
experience in an accounts payable role. Accounting degree is
preferred. Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks,
Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel. Strong computer skills
and ability to learn new systems. Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to
handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to show initiative
and work independently. Strong verbal and interpersonal
