Job Description Job Description Senior Auditor Audit Senior - Insurance Experience REQUIRED Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Audit Senior OR Supervisor with expertise in the insurance sector to join our dynamic audit team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning and executing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to our various insurance clients. Key Responsibilities Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, including risk assessment and reporting. Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process. Collaborate with clients in the healthcare industry to understand their operations and compliance requirements. Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. Identify areas for improvement within client operations and provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly preferred, or in process with exams. Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, MUST BE in the insurance sector. Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards. Experience in supervising audit teams and managing client relationships.
