Job ID: J-00293611ASML US brings together the most creative
minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines
that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient
microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these

Oregon.We are seeking a highly-motivated EH&S (Environmental,
Health, & Safety) Manager to join our team. This role will support
multiple EHS main topics (incident management, compliance
management, safety risk management & improvement projects, culture
& training) by creating processes, standards and reporting
mechanisms with impact beyond own sector and by setting EHS targets
within own sector or on corporate level.Duties and
Responsibilities:Management of cluster EHS program (multiple
sites): Ensure customer fab safety compliance audits in place,
drive leadership engagement at multiple levels, act as customer
single point of contact, deliver instructor-led Life Saving Rules
training, and establish key safety focus areas.Manage and develop
cluster EHS team.Monitor and interpret EHS-related documentation,
including but not limited to: safety indicators (leading/lagging),
incident logs (near miss/good catch, injury, and environment),
training completion, and leadership safety observations.Perform
incident investigations to ensure actions are put in place to
prevent further occurrence: Facilitate incident reviews, risk rank
incidents, follow-up with operational line management.Use indicator
analysis to outline key focus areas and goals for multiple
sites.Manage ISO 45001 compliance items and perform on-site audits
routinely to verify conformances.Provide sustaining support for the
field operations team (safety review board support, permit to work
reviews, provide instructor-led training in field offices).Create
high quality impactful presentations and effectively distribute and
deliver to multiple levels of operations team.Perform in-fab GEMBA
walks (behavioral safety observations) in partnership with
operations leadership.Partner, collaborate, and communicate with
customer on safety program initiatives.Be a key influencer to
improve overall safety culture in partnership with leadership
team(s).Perform other duties as assigned.Education and
experienceBachelors degree in Environmental / Occupational Health &
Safety or related field of study. Masters degree preferred.Minimum
10 plus years of work experience as an Environmental, Health and
Safety professional along with 5+ years of leadership
experience.Proven track record on managing EHS expertise in a
dynamic business environment on strategic level.Customer focus
(internal or external).Proven track record on stakeholder
management (director/ VP level).Collaborates in a positive and
efficient manner.Communicates effectively to stakeholders; stays
friendly at all times; provides constructive feedback and listens
carefully to any feedback given.Drives results to ensure EHS
improvements for ASML.Manages complexity within and beyond EHS work
field.Optimizes work processes on EHS at own sector or on corporate
level.Balances stakeholders to ensure the best decisions are taken
for EHS at ASML.Ensures accountability for EHS. Informs senior
management/ VP on accountability for EHS.Physical DemandsThe

fork trucks and motorized pallet movers.Working around lasers;
working with ladders; working on platforms; and working around
chemicals.The employee is occasionally required to move around the
campus.The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20
